From a farm nestled amongst the Hiraethog Mountains above the Conwy Valley, two brothers Gwyn and Elwy Williams, are busy inventing new uses for the lamb from their Suffolk and Texel crossbreeds of flocks of 800. As Arlwyo Nant Catering their lamb burgers and lamb steaks are now selling fast at events and shows from Shrewsbury across to Pwllheli.

The brothers and their parents, Pendri and Gwyneth, have been famring sheep and beef from Ty Natn Isaf at Pandy Tudur for 45 years and wanted to ensure the farm's long term viability by diversifying.

At Chesters we are very proud of our range of homemade chocolate tiffin and our honeycomb version was celebrated at the national Great Taste Awards. On our stall, you can design your own chocolate kebab made with the finest chocolates and your choice of dipping items including the freshest fruits.

Chilli Pepper Company

This is a specialist chilli company. We specialise in hot chilli products. We have four chilli chocolate products, chilli medicinal products, sauce, chutney, powders, dired pods, chilli seeds and are the largest stockits of chilli seeds in Europe.

Curry Cuisine

This is a unique business in that it provides Indian cookery lessons as well as selling a range of authentic spice blends, pickles and chutneys.

It also produces and sells Indian salad dressings.

All its products are additive, preservative and colour free. The products are produced from recipes handed down through generations and are all Gujarti style.

Real dairy ice cream, full of local ingredients, straight from the family farm in the Ribble Valley. Like many farms the Dowsons sought to diversify their dairy business. Given her husband’s and children’s passions for ice cream, Mrs Dowson used the farm’s own milk and cream to reinvent classic flavours with a home-made approach. Exploring local ingredients and tastes the Dowson Family have been testing home recipes around their kitchen table for the last six years. The result is a delectable, creamy brand.

The Pie Mill

The Pie Mill is a family run business launched in May 2005 after the success of the way our pies sold at our pub, the Mill Inn, which the family sold this year. The Pie Mill produces a wide range of savoury shortcrust pies using only locally produced meat including Herdwick lamb, beef, game, pork and chickens. There is a range of raised pastry cold pies topped with our own chutneys or red onion marmalade again using locally sourced meats and fruit pies. In 2007 we launched a range of pates and game terrines.

Weatheroak Ostrich Farm

Ostriches have been farmed at Weatheroak since 1995 and have now become a familiar sight in the Fylde countryside.

Ostrich is extremely healthy meat being lower in fat and cholesterol than any other meat and also has the benefit of being high in protein and iron, with the flavour of good beef, which is perfectly ok to eat rare.

In 2006 we opened a farm shop specialising in mature beef, lamb from our own flock of Suffolk X ewes, free range chickens and eggs. we also sell seasonal game, venison, rosey veal and wild boar.

The Sweetman Gamez family grow olives in the village of Pozo Alcon Jaen in southern Spain. The olives are processed at the family press 'Guadalentin' and the village co-operative San Iisdro. The oil produced from the crushing of the olives is first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. This high quality product is only avaialble through the family (UK based on Wirral) and as such its authenticity and quality is quaranteed. It is sold at farmers' market, including Wirral Farmers' Market, held on the second Saturday of the month.
